Most of you know that the first thing a person has to do in order to achieve something is believe in him. Courage ad self-confidence are quite essential and surely none of you would be able to imagine an optimist who does not possess these features. Person who is unconfident will never be optimistic as he doesn't have positive attitude towards different situations where he has to show his will on the hand with character traits, defend his opinion and even sometimes "fight" for "survival." Nicholas Murray Butler once said: "Optimism is the foundation of courage."

You would also agree that the only thing that prevents a person from anything in his life and especially from personal success is him. Understandable those who are optimistic have more chances for successful outcome, as they set themselves on positive outcome beforehand.

The condition of soul, the condition of mind and condition of emotional world that an optimist has will do him a great favor in any kind of life situation. As you know, optimists perceive the events from their best side and are happy to any kind of success both to little and big, when they fail they'll still have a spark in themselves and motivation for getting over and overcoming any hardships they meet on their way.
