8. No other individual aside from Renter is permitted to operate vehicle without prior written agreement from Owner.
9. Passengers, transported property, or material will not exceed stated rated weight carrying capacity of the vehicle.
INSURANCE
Renter is responsible for indemnifying Owner for any loss or damage (regardless of extent or cause) that has occurred to this vehicle during the duration of the lease. Repayment includes no-fault events such as collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, and similar situations. The Owner is responsible for faults or defects that have been proved to be inherent to vehicle at the time of purchase.

REPAIRS Tenant agrees to allow Landlord access to apartment in the case of, and for the purpose of, investigation of apartment and for prerequisite repairs.
