9. Passengers, transported property, or material will not exceed stated rated weight carrying capacity of the vehicle.

INSURANCE

Renter is responsible for indemnifying Owner for any loss or damage (regardless of extent or cause) that has occurred to this vehicle during the duration of the lease. Repayment includes no-fault events such as collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, and similar situations. The Owner is responsible for faults or defects that have been proved to be inherent to vehicle at the time of purchase.

Fuel, and other necessary, applicable, and involved items used in operation of car during period of lease are to be covered by Renter.
DEPOSIT

Absence of damage or loss results in said deposit being credited towards payment of the rental fee and any excess of deposit shall be returned to the Renter.
