That included all of my aunts and uncles and their children as well. It was great seeing everyone and hearing about what was going on with them. Christmas would not be nearly as special to me if I did not have the opportunity to share it with the people I love. There is no other time of year when we get to hang decorations and lights and put up a tree that fills the house with a nice aroma. I like to make ornaments and try different ideas every year. Two years ago, I made some clay snowmen that everyone loved. Before that, I made stocking for everyone. My neighbor does an incredible job decorating and every year we try to outdo each other. Last year, she put little Christmas trees in all of the rooms in the house that had a window. The lights were all green and she topped it off by decorating the trees in her yard to match. This time of year gives the adults a reason to have a little fun with the holiday. The opportunity allows me to experience Christmas magic that only comes once a year.

Charles Dickens, "Oliver Twist," "Nicholas Nickleby," and "A Christmas Carol." Specifically, it will discuss the use of prevalent themes throughout the three novels. There are many themes present in these three works by Charles Dickens, from good vs. evil to the plight of London's children and good triumphing in the end. Last year, during the Lakers' Christmas game, the Lakers were routed by Cleveland, thanks to the talents of LeBron. This year's game is a grudge match against LeBron as well as an opportunity to show that the last several losses for the Lakers were flukes and not indicative of the overall strength of the team. All of the fans hope that this year the Lakers will be playing in the

Wearin' of the Green An Irish-American's Journey Margaret-Mary clutched her daughter's tiny hand. Watched with pride as the five-year-old waved the little Irish Flag in her other hand. It was a cold, blustery day, but then it always was on St. Patrick's Day. Yet as Margaret-Mary braved the wind and the crowds, she didn't feel the least bit cold. Never did, but especially not today. It wasn't just that today she

In my view, Elf is the perfect movie for family fun. It is a rare Christmas comedy with a heart, a mind and a rather outlandish sense of humor. It is a great charmer. It includes some rather unexpected casting. The movie is definitely worth watching. In my experience, this is quite rarely the case. In fact, the truth in most families appears to be quite opposite: namely, the holiday season is the time that most people associate with their highest degrees of stress that highlights and exacerbates long-standing family conflicts and feuds. For every family where holiday arrangements are primarily a time of great joy and unity, there might be as many as ten
