Assumptions, Constraints and Risks

The project assumes that human and financial resources estimated for the project will be available and sufficient for the project. It is assumed that the time frame allotted for the project is sufficient to complete the project. Moreover, it is assumed that all the materials and equipment will be available to complete the project with no unreasonable delay. It is also assumed that inflation may increase the costs of materials, which may escalate proposed budget. However, the project sponsor has not approved the budget and this need to done before the project starts. Non-availability of the key resources may affect project completion at the time schedule. (Project Management Institute, 2013).
