System Recommendation and Final BA&SR Report

Choosing the right type of hiring software that would meet the business needs is a crucial step in the efficient recruitment process of a company. MTC must improve the hiring process to speed up the already existing manual process that is quite laborious and time-consuming. This paper aims to recommend MTC that would enable it to reach its strategic business goals.

System Justification

After reviewing the EZ-ATS brochure, the recommended solution for MTC is to acquire EZ-ATSs hiring services on a trial basis for a small period, which is already included in its offer for 30 days. It would help the company test the hiring software and its features mentioned in the brochure. The testing phase would allow MTC to scrutinize the features and specifications as are promised in the catalog.

Since MTC caters to small to mid-tier businesses and serves the federal, local, and state governmental agencies, it must align the use of hiring software with its business strategy of providing unique consulting services and proposals to customers. The speedy hiring process of the experienced consultants would help MTC meet the market challenges for looking for skilled consultants within no time. Serving the clients quickly would also be addressed as it is a part of its business strategy (Vize, n.a.). Particularly, the hiring would be more efficient when it would reach the international regions since diversely skilled consultants would be an added benefit for the company that would strengthen its competitive advantage.

Improvements in the process would be spontaneously automated since the features of EZ-ATS are already aligned with the processes of MTC. The functions of the hiring manager, candidate screening for shortlisting the best possible ones, sending mass emails via administrative emails, scheduling and conducting the interviews, collecting feedback, and sending the final letter to the selected candidate are the managing functions served by the hiring software. It naturally meets the requirements that directly match the managing functions of the software. Enlisting the requirements and managing functions of the software would be as if directly matching the features to each other. Hence,...

Its smooth integration and collaboration features make it an apt option for MTC, and that too, with a free trial without having to lose money.

Implementation Areas

The implementation process is as easy as its matching of the features with the business strategy and requirements of MTC. Since it is recommended that a free trial be used initially, the implementation would be free of cost. The final decision would be based on its complete inspection and satisfaction after 30 days, which is a quick trial period adding to its efficiency.

Vendor Agreement

In the trial period, there are no hard and fast requirements; however, once the final decision of implementation is taken, the vendor requires the company of a subscription fee from options that it offers based on the budget, the lowest cost being $50 per month for as few as 25 system users. If up to 60 users per month are to be supported, then $100 per month would be required by the vendor. The offer for MTC for the trial period is free for 30 days, which is suggested for the time being to see how it works.

Hardware and Telecommunication

EZ-ATS requires no new hardware to access the system since the systems at their data centers use the cloud-based software approach. Local connectivity and internet access concerns would be dealt with with the help of the anywhere connectivity aspect since the software could be connected with Wi-Fi. Any device could be connected, including PC, laptops, and mobiles. The applicant tracking system would be secured since the data storage is maximum with an online platform, and the professional protection feature is unique for being free of cyber-attacks.

Configuration

It is mentioned in the brochure that one of the features that the customers best like is its configuration which matches MTCs need as the software helps in managing the dashboards and workflows whenever and in whatever form the user likes. EZ-ATS softwares needs for alterations are fulfilled with its customization feature so that the user has an open choice to work freely exhaustively…
