Roanoke Branch Issues

The Roanoke branch office has been experiencing recent issues with both customer satisfaction and employee productivity and morale. Four clients have complained about our advertising work. Two top management people have left the agency and a number of graphic designers and copywriters are threatening to quit. Further, salaried employees are upset with the amount of overtime they have had to work without notice or compensation for the additional hours. Employee dissatisfaction may be contributing to the customer complaints that are negatively impacting the bottom line of our business.

We need to take immediate action to ensure the satisfaction of our valued clients and employees that is so critical to our company's success. Jane Dresser should evaluate the art director's critique of work by the graphics designers and copywriters. Moe Frands needs to make sure that new accounts comply with our business policies for taking on new work. Sasha Larr needs to assess the appropriateness of our level of staffing for our current and anticipated future project workload. I will take the lead on investigating the overtime issue as well as making sure that our employees know that we are taking their concerns seriously and are currently working on solutions to address their issues.
