The capability to critically analyze one or more features of the every day life is crucial to the well-being of each individual. Similarly, the ability to critically evaluate and write a substantive critical analysis paper is a must to all students, employees and leaders. This importance is revealed by numerous factors, including that of proving that the writer possesses the required skills. These skills include a clear and strong mind, the capability to relate to people, the capability to understand the subject studied, the capability to clearly evaluate, gather data, properly analyze the data and reveal a relevant result, supported with both facts and personal beliefs. Other pointers of the importance of being able to write a substantive critical analysis refer to proving the writer's worth, getting respect from supervisors, subalterns and colleagues. Finally, being able to write a good critical analysis is important as it helps the author become more organized, well-documented and confident, as he is able to sustain his view point with actual facts as well as personal beliefs. Furthermore, it sustains the organization in the meaning that the report represents a valuable source of information, based on which the management will make several decisions.
The increased emphasis on good writing skills is somewhat relative for an it manager. In this order of ideas, in a rapidly changing and robotizing era, less attention is given to actual writing and more and more is expected to be done by computers. However, the it manager must supervise and coordinate his team; he must be able to analyze the employees' performances and the way they handle the tasks. Also, he must at all times critically asses the occurring problems, their causes and the chances of successful and timely completion of the project. His ability to write a good critical report is vital for the overall well-being of the company as it is aimed to identify strengths and weaknesses of both employees and the internal communication system; a good critical analysis supports the actual development of the it team and sets the basis for improved quality of the products and services offered by the company.
