Yes. The reason why, is because these basic provisions of the building code will protect the structure, against any kind of fires that could occur. What is your assessment of the structures readiness for a fire emergency?

Given the fact that the building is considered to be of historical significance for Hawaii. The various fire safety systems and procedures are superior to other structures, as the city / state will utilize the building for various government offices. As a result, one could argue that the Territorial / Kekuanao'a Building, is ready for any kind potential fire safety hazards that it will face.
