These different factors are important, in helping to provide information and to motivate everybody to spend more time on the site. ("Denver Broncos," 2013) (Rosenr, 2011) ("Chapter 9," 2013)

In the case of North Carolina Amateur Sports (NCAS), the site is providing select amounts of information. However, it is also ignoring critical factors which could enhance the user's experience. As far as individual involvement is concerned, the organization is offering more general knowledge to them vs. one that is customized to different demographics of people. Motivation is limited by failing to use tools that will enhance the persons experience online. The content is satisfactory through offering news, updates and important meeting dates. The design is very eye catching utilizing black, white, red, blue and green color schemes. The performance of the site is excellent with it quickly loading and the links are taking someone to where they want to go within a few minutes. The usability is very friendly to visitors through making the experience easy for them to navigate. There is no commerce that is occurring, as the individual cannot purchase souvenirs or make a donation to the organization. These factors are hurting their ability to connect with stakeholders and provide up-to-date information. ("NCAS," 2013) (Rosenr, 2011) ("Chapter 9," 2013)

Clearly, the elements that help to make the Denver Bronco's website superior to the NCAS is they are encompassing all of the ideas of the MCOS model together effectively. This helps them to offer fans with a one of a kind experience and provide better insights about the team. Whereas the NCAS, has limited amounts of information and they do not have as many choices available. This is hurting the experience that someone will have when visiting their url address. As a result, these differences are leading to a larger following and more traffic for the Broncos. (Rosenr, 2011) ("Chapter 9," 2013)
