Abstract Arusha accord was signed on August 3, 1993 by two warring factions in Rwanda: Government of Rwanda (GoR) and Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF). This research article focuses on the examination of specific factors of the Arusha negotiations that led to the implementation failure.
