This study examines several issues that a company can face in the form of a simulation on Disney company. The first issue addressed is that of a non-compete agreement, followed by a question of liquidated damages, performance condition within a contract, a construction contract that is not timely completed as well as other relevant questions of construction and business contracting.

While most contracts are legally binding, under certain instances contracts may be found to be invalid in a court of law. This paper discusses several examples of this phenomenon, including fraud and duress. It also discusses various remedies for breaches of contract, including monetary damages and equitable relief. The paper focuses on contract law from a business perspective.

This paper discusses the situation of Benji Watson who is about to sign an employment contract with a financially prospering company but which has been reported to have committed unfair or dishonest practices with purchase distributors. The recruiter also admits to the artificial presence of the company code of ethics. On top of these, the CEO boasts that his company will change the image of the nation and make big money from the effort, which includes dishonest practices.
