In this paper, we are going to be looking at the impact of different environmental laws on stakeholders. This will be accomplished by focusing on: how they are impacting the electric power industry, their influence on stakeholders and the way this is shaping their practices in the future. Once this occurs, is when we will show how these areas are influencing ethical strategies in relation to the law.

This paper is about Gun Control. The public opinion for unlawful usage of fire arms can be changed through various initiatives. The civilized societies like United States can use multiple communication techniques to alter gun possession opinions. The usage of latest techniques also includes laws that are critical in order to reduce criminal activities including gun violence. The costs of gun possession to the society are far greater than the need of guns for personal safety and security. The rights to buy and poses guns cannot be allowed especially for the criminals.

Substance and drug abuse have inherent effects on human growth and development. This is more pronounced when users are addicted to some drugs like marijuana, cocaine, and alcohol, among other drugs. This study shows that various developmental aspects of a human being like the brain are affected by drug abuse. The physiological/biological, psychological, and social development is significantly affected by drug abuse and misuse as the study shows.

Who should decide whether to "pull the plug" in cases like this one: the parents, the attending physician, a hospital committee, or the courts?

Background and Need for Regulation International regulation is a necessity in the finance arena as the world bears a high rate of interconnection, particularly via banking and accounting. In 2008, Europe was given international accolades for its attempts to strengthen the world financial system and protect nations all over the world from a serious crisis. "Europe led the way last year in facing down the global financial crisis, restructuring our banking system and strengthening the global financial system. The European Union was also at the forefront in calling for a new forum for economic cooperation of G-20 leaders. And from the outset of the crisis, it was Europe that promoted the fiscal stimulus—and sought to coordinate it globally—that has been a major factor in preventing recession becoming a world-wide depression" (Brown & Sarkozy, 2009).

In general, the meaning of the term abandonment means the forsaking of one's duty. Thus when a practitioner client relation gets established there is a ‘duty of care' which includes the protection of the client, maintain records of the clients, and to always provide the client with due care with maximum application of the physicians skills. If one or all these have been breached, there is deficiency of service. However if the relationship is broken because of non-functioning from the part of the physician then there is abandonment.

The US justice system is never short of controversies in the way it handles minority members like the Blacks and Latinos. As shown in this study, discrimination of the minority members in the US prison is pronounced to the extent that they are used to provide free industrial labor. Worse of it all is the fact that leading US firms rely on the prison labor in order to sustain their operations. People of color are the eventual casualties of all these arrangements.
