Attitude is one of the vital and essential components for developing an insight for others, which seems to have diversity over time. The attitude articulates the general perception, beliefs, viewpoint of a particular person and the way of thinking towards an object, event, person, religion or a country and can either be in positive or negative form. Different people have diverse and dissimilar attitudes based on their beliefs and living standards. Indeed, in certain occasions, individuals can also have conflicting and vacillating attitude (that is both positive and negative) towards a particular object at the same time (Bohner, 2002, pp. 4-10).

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a foundational platform of enterprise- corporate-wide processes, procedures and programs designed to continually improve customer experiences and product quality. The foundational elements of TQM include cross-functional product design, a strong focus on customer involvement, committed leadership, cross-functional training, cross-functional product design, employee involvement, information and feedback, strategic planning, supplier quality management and process management (Rehder, Ralston, 1984). All of these factors are often coordinated to a common strategic plan to ensure the consistently high performance of an enterprise (Martin, 2004). They are indispensable to Dell as they have over a dozen business models concurrently with each other, each with unique supply chain, sourcing, procurement and manufacturing requirements. These concurrent business models make quality all the more difficult to attain yet paradoxically critical to the company's success. TQM is one of the strongest cornerstones of Dell. Violence in Public Schools Introduction The recent violence on school grounds (including elementary, middle school and high school violence) has created a climate of fear in American public schools, and the literature presented in this review relates to that fear and to the difficulty schools face in determining what students might be capable of mass killings on campus. Television coverage of school shootings leave the impression that there is more violence on school campuses than there really is, but the threat is real, students are being killed, and the background into how and why these murders take place is a main point of this paper.
