This paper examines how the social construct of masculinity impacts intimate partner violence rates. It focuses on the idea that while most societies do not normalize intimate partner violence or wife-beating, they do normalize the attitudes that help facilitate domestic violence. It focuses on the norms about masculinity that are often cited as increasing rates of violence. It also looks at the role those norms play when the victim of intimate partner violence is a male.

Today, technological and Internet advances have brought about some severe consequences, including the rise and exponential growth of online pornography sites. This paper is about the ideas that have been presented by Aristotle pertaining to civic relationships. Traits of the best workplaces have also been discussed in this paper, followed by a comparison between the ideas of Aristotle and the contemporary notions of these workplaces. This paper is about the ideas that have been presented by Aristotle pertaining to civic relationships. Traits of the best workplaces have also been discussed in this paper, followed by a comparison between the ideas of Aristotle and the contemporary notions of these workplaces.

The first section of this article discusses Aristotle's ideas on civic relationships i.e. deliberation, justice, happiness, virtues, and friendship. The second part examines the characteristics of the best places to work as presented by the Great Place to Work Institute. The third and final part compares and contrasts his ideas about civic relationships with the contemporary notions of best places to work.
