The business world has changed into an uncertain and competitive environment where business entities compete with each other on the basis of their distinctive competencies and strategies (Basefsky, Maxwell, Post, & Turner, 2004). Globalization, intensity of competition, and technological advancements has completely changed the way businesses operate and compete in their industries (Goldsmith & Hesselbein, 2006). The biggest role is played by the business leaders in the organizations who truly brought significant changes to the entire business landscape. The World has seen just a few business leaders who can be recognized as revolutionary for their organizations due to ground-breaking performances in their fields. In the supreme supervision of these business leaders, organizations flourished in such an astonishing way that they became examples for the next generation (Hannah, Woolfolk, & Lord, 2009).

The Amazon Rainforest in Brazil is under attack from a variety of sources. The Rainforests are not only integral to the Brazilian economy, but to the world as well. The Rainforest provides a rich source of natural and generative resources to the country as well as serve as one of the largest natural carbon deposits, or carbon sinks, on the planet. The country is home to nearly half of Earth's rainforests, gobbling up 2 billion tons of carbon dioxide every year — a third of the United States' 2010 greenhouse gas output (Editorial Board, 2012). There are three primary themes that emerge in this trend.

She started her business while she was still a student at the New York University and that too in her dorm room. It can be said that she did not have an idea that her business would flourish like it did. Since she had studied and was primed at different languages that included French and Spanish, she believed that she could use her skills and knowledge to open up a business.

When it comes to effectiveness in the public sector, this arena is subjected to a range of factors which all play that can impact productivity and harmony. Factors like motivation, communication and diversity are all elements that need to be studied and compared in the public and private sector for a more in-depth understanding of their manifestations, needs and nuances.

Abstract Following the unprecedented 9/ 11 terrorist attacks on American soil, an atmosphere of fear and hysteria swept through the world. US reprisal came in the form of fully blown war against terrorism as they assured the world that America would use all resources at its disposal to wage war on terror. Even as the demise of Osama bin Laden marked an important milestone in the US-led war on terror, it appears as though U.S. Middle East foreign policy is going to take yet another tactical turn. After scaling down operations in Iraq in the first term, the Obama administration is at least rhetorically signaling that they will remove combat troops in 2014. By just about every measure, Afghanistan is still smoldering causing speculation that it could possibly reignite. Will the US finally withdraw the combat troops by 2014? Experts believe that withdraw is not in America's best interests. Proponents of the conflict theories, realism, world systems theory and a section of Marxist scholars lay foundation for an integrated approach to this issue. Is there a room for compassion in international relations? Enduring tensions and persistent warfare seems to indicate the exact opposite. The war on terror has caused historic misunderstanding, which has paralyzed relations between Middle East and the West. They have entered a war from which they might never get out in this lifetime.
