Abstract The main objective in relation to the execution of this research exercise is the formation of a mobile hair and beauty salon. Critical examination of the research activities indicate that numerous women in the society suffer from lack of sufficient time to make their hair. Most individuals also do not like the smell of the salon. Mobile salon proves to be an effective and efficient approach towards minimization of the problems facing women while visiting salons to have their hair done. Mobile Salon will achieve competitive advantage through its unique and implementation of valuable core competencies.

Abstract Leadership is one of the effective and efficient factors in the achievement of success within the context of an organization. The main aim of the organization is to oversee productive expansion and restructuring thus the opportunity to increase the volume of revenues and production. Organizations and business in the 21st century are not like those of even the last part of the 20th century. Several factors influence this evolution: globalism, increased expectations of transparency, stakeholder comments and involvement, and governmental regulation. Many of these expectations are generational and part of the ongoing evolutionary process of culture and attitudinal change. For instance, the success or failure of a contemporary business or organization is quite dependent upon the management of diversity. Public and private sector organizations, both are involved in numerous federally mandated programs that are designed to reduce cultural and communication barriers within the workplace. Multiculturalism is no longer a "nice-to," with the era of globalization upon us, and rapidly growing, diversity training and maximization of multicultural understanding, combined with management and leadership commitment to provide a diverse workplace, is now the norm.

The leadership strategies and initiatives at Southwest Airlines are deliberately designed to support each level of the Maslow Hierarchy of Needs. Beginning with the initial physiological needs, Southwest is known for being an airline that pays better than comparable national carriers, while also having excellent medical benefits compared to its competitors (DAurizio, 2008). This ensure the physiological needs of the employees are met. As Southwest is an airline, the safety concerns are a critical success factor in this business. Founder Herb Kelleher set safety and concerns over passenger health., along with employee welfare, as top priority when he created the airline (Nirenberg, 1997). This level of the Maslow Hierarchy of Needs is fully met as well. On the next level of the Maslow model, which is love and belonging, Southwest has gone to exceptional levels to make sure its employees and customers have a very clear idea of how valued and appreciated they are. The founders of Southwest deliberately created a culture that is focused on participative leadership and customer listening (Lee, 1995). The result is an airline that is unmatched its is ability to use relationships to connect with customers and create raving fans while also creating the most stable workforce in the airline industry, unmatched in its low turn-over (Walsh, 2004).
