What is Process Essays (Examples)?

A process essay is fundamentally different from other types of academic writing assignments.  In fact, it is closer to technical writing than to other types of academic writing. That is because a process essay describes a process that leads to a specific outcome.  There are two approaches to the process essay.  The first approach is often referred to as a directional process essay and is the simpler of the two approaches; it describes the steps necessary to complete a task.  The second approach to the process essay does more than outline steps, it also analyzes or explains the steps involved in the process.  The wording of your assignment will be important when you are trying to determine which approach to take while writing your process essay.

The introduction of your process essay needs to accomplish several things.  First, it needs to introduce the process you are going to describe, and give background information about that process, when such information is necessary.  Next, it needs to identify your audience.  Identifying your audience does not require actually saying the targeted audience for your essay, but, if your reader needs a certain educational, technical, or professional background to understand the essay, then the introduction provides a great opportunity for you to provide that material.

The body of the essay involves your actual descriptions of the process.  For simple directional process essays, the body of the essay involves a step-by-step description of each part of the process.  For analytical process essays, in addition to outlining the steps you might explain them to the reader or analyze whether the steps are necessary to the process and make the process more efficient, or should be eliminated or changed in order to maximize efficiency and performance.

Finally, the conclusion of your essay will reiterate what you hope to achieve with the process described in the essay.  If you have analyzed the process and found it lacking, the conclusion may also describe suggestions for further study or review.

Limitations Qualitative Quantitative Research Method Ways Qualitative
Quantitative and qualitative research are rather different in the sense that they provide different perspectives of analysis: while quantitative research focuses on providing information that supports a pre-established theory, qualitative research gathers all type of information, from as many sources as possible and taking into account as many perspectives as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to the subject, and then elaborates a theory based on interpretation of information acquired and their establishment into a coherent background. Examples for both types of research will be provided to better illustrate the way in which the two can be utilized and their shortcomings and strengths. In this sense, for quantitative research, the case of Greece accession into the Eurozone is essential to point out the role statistics, as a crucial resource of information for quantitative research can be taken into account and if not considered properly, provide a different result that the real one. For qualitative research, the case of Sudan, as one of the largest countries in the world, is significant to point out that without a holistic research conducted on the issue, an interpretation can lead to mixed conclusions or theories, reason for which it is crucial to have as many information and knowledge as possible to avoid misinterpretation and thus limit the effects of subjective analysis and research.

Impact of marketing on personal life and future outcomes
The growing reliance on social media as a means to communicate has created a new level of collaboration between customers and the brands they trust. This, along with several of the trends identified and analyzed in this paper, are accelerating in their impact on people globally. Over the next decades and generation, these changes will also serve to redefine the relationships between customers and brands they choose to trust. One of the most significant of all factors that is emerging today and will continue to accelerate is the critical nature of trust. This is a galvanizing thread that runs through all of the trends and observations mentioned throughout this analysis. The net or aggregate effect of all of these factors and trends will be a truer, more accurate and purified form of marketing that seeks to serve the customers with greater clarity than ever before. Experiences, not transactions, will be the dominant factor that leads to profitability of companies as well. The return on relationships (ROR) will be predicate don trust and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences on a consistent basis, not just about hwo efficient a distribution channel is or how low a given products' pricing is. Marketing Trends and Future Developments That Will Affect Consumers In the Future Beginning with the aspect of trust, the most dominant trend will be the continual validation of both a brands' identity and value, and the customer's identity as well. Analytics and mechanisms for ensuring authenticity, transparency and validation of identities will flourish in the coming decades. And not in the way that many critics of these technologies portray them; it will not be comparable to the book 1984 by George Orwell. Rather, this level of authenticity and transparency will be part of defining the multiple roles and personas people fulfill in their daily lives. The aspects of quantifying trust and creating solid relationships with customers will be more oriented towards supporting and strengthening their various roles and persona-based needs. An example of this are the multiples roles of husband, father, member of a work team in a company, in addition to being a sports coach for a children's' team for example. Inside these roles and specific personas as well. Marketing in the future will use trust-based analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that are used for evaluating the level of satisfaction customers are experiencing in each of the roles they participate in. These scores of satisfaction by role will be invaluable to marketers who seek to serve their customers even more completely in the future as well. The Net Promoter Score (NPR) is a nascent approach to this level of analysis. The future of this type of loyalty metric framework will concentrate more on the quantifying of trust as a dynamic of long-term persona stability and recency of behaviors; and while no model will be able to precisely define and predict consume behavior, these metrics will provide useful insights to a greater level of accuracy than has been attained in the past.
