The objective of the research in this work in writing is to compare leadership styles in Holland and France and specifically, to compare leadership styles at Twente University in Holland and Novancia University in Paris. This will be achieved through a review of literature in this area of study. There are diverse concepts among various cultures of leadership and as noted in the work of Richard D. Lewis (1999) Leaders "can be born, elected, or trained and groomed. Others seize power or have leadership thrust upon them. Leadership can be autocratic or democratic, collective or individual, meritocratic or unearned, desired or imposed." (p.59) This is a continuation of prior order #A2062091.

The objective of this study is to examine the implementation of a new information technology data-management plan at a residential care facility for individuals with mental illness/mental retardation. This facility also provides day treatment and respite care. This will include a two-person practice for a Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatrist. The institute at focus in this study is a residential care facility for individuals with mental illness and mental retardation.

The discussion section outlines the issue. the conclusion outlines the problem and the recommendations chooses from solutions to off the most equitable solution.

This paper discusses the short story "A Rose for Emily" by William Faulkner. This story is essentially about the conflict between the antebellum south and those who were living in the progressive south. Conflict is personified by Emily who mentally lives in the south but must survive in the present. She literally lives with the dead because it is better to her than the present life.

Sociologist Daniel Levinson described eight stages of adulthood. The last stage of adulthood, late adulthood, occurs at age 65 and beyond, but as medical advances continued the late adulthood stage of Levinson's been expanded considerably. The oldest of the old or very late adulthood describes individuals 85 years old or older. This is the fastest growing segment of the population in the United States. This paper examines issues regarding housing that social workers should consider.

In 2011, Japan was shook by a devastating earthquake which claimed thousands of deaths and led to serious economic casualties. Since then, a number of concerns have been raised in regards to expectations of an even vengeful one in the near future. In fact, Japan has had a history of damaging quakes throughout the years. In 2004, the Ch?etsu Earthquakes, although less serious as to the number of human lives, forced many people to leave homes and injured thousands. It was considered the most vengeful quake since 1995 when thousands were killed in the Great Hanshin Earthquake, hundreds of thousands more were affected one way or another and substantial economical damage was registered. As such, Japanese have become more vigilant in regards to their safety and are keeping their guard up, aware of an imminent danger.
