All beings are created as individuals and have different habits and intelligence. Ayers (2009) says that every human being is capable of infinite and incalculable valve. All of us have an exclusive intellectual, spiritual, moral, physical, emotional and creative force. Each person is born free and is equal in dignity and right. Each endows with reason and conscience. Every individual deserves a community and wisdom of brotherhood and sisterhood, recognition and respect. This core value should be explicitly expressed in education as in every other discipline of associative living.

According to the data compiled by Sam Glass in his 360-degree performance review of Alex Sander's progress as a manager, the product manager of Landon Care Products' Toiletries Division is prone to narcissistic tendencies and an inability to control her temper. Until Alex can reign in her own dissatisfaction with the performance of her coworkers, treating them with dignity and respect even when mistakes are made, she will continue to breed an environment of diminished morale and unhappiness within Landon Care Products' Toiletries Division.

The main theme or point of Rosner is that training should not be considered a cure all or even immediate solution to an organizational problem or issue. Another strong point Rosner makes is how management must perform effective research so as to accurately identify and diagnose an organizational problem or issue. When management has a clear and definitive understanding of a problem, it is a stronger position to prescribe a solution that will correctly resolve the dilemma. He contends that too often management's default solution to a change or problem is to provide additional staff training that is often the incorrect solution and waste or time or resources. His point is that training is useful and in a number of cases necessary, but training is an option that research shows that management goes to too often and effectively does nothing to change the situation. When misused, sometimes the training is unnecessary; sometimes the training is boring.
