This paper reviews the research findings of a study that examines the acoustic properties of humpback whale songs. It presents the supporting evidence and explains the methodology used to arrive at the specific findings. Further, it explains the impact of the findings on concerns surrounding the effect of anthropogenic sounds on marine mammals.

It has been estimated that almost five percent of School aged children out of population of 2.1 Million in Ontario are suffering from Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Contrasting other disabilities like autism or learning disabilities the ADHD was not in the special education previously. The students with ADHD were not included in the special education policy and thus the students and parents were suffering as they could not get the necessary interventions at School suggested by the doctor. (Andrea Golden, 2012) Recently Education Ministers of Ontario has announced to accommodate the students with ADHD and thus relaxed the parents as previously parents were spending from their pockets on theirs children with ADHD. A memorandum has been posted on the Ministry of Education website in the name of School Boards saying "children with conditions such as "Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder are entitled to special education supports and services if the condition interferes with their learning".

American Studies – Anthology: Freedom vs. Tyranny America's history includes a number of competing forces. One of the chief struggles has been the clash between Freedom and Tyranny. Freedom and Tyranny are threads that have run through America's history. Though the Founding Fathers supposedly risked everything for the freedom of people in America, the non-white, non-gentile, non-straight, non-males of America know differently. Tyranny has run through American history against many minorities, has a wearying effect on them and is studied and met in sometimes conflicting ways.

The difference between white and black is centuries old. There were times when Nigers were considered as slaves, then there were times when they were declared free but I still believe that deep down the white culture lies the black foundation. Being a racist on the basis of skin color is nothing new in American culture. I was once a strong believer of discriminating on the basis of skin color but time proved me wrong and showed me how wrong I was and how humanity is above everything, every culture, every color, every race. I had a friend with the name Dean, black guy from Nigeria. His parents shifted in New york long time but used to visit their home town very often. We spent almost our whole childhood together. Those were the good days when we we were completely innocent and were happy in celebrating our differences. Then came the dark age of my life. We went to the same high school. Well, when one is talking about teenage, being overwhelmed and controlled by hormones and the urge of being accepted is nothing unusual. I experienced a similar experience. I became with friends with few white guys who had very strong beliefs about being superior to the colored people. The desire of being accepted and being part of the popular gang in the school was so overwhelming that I couldn't help being friends with them.

The topic of discussion revolves around bias in media, specifically in news program. The question "Are news reporters and news stations out of control?" warrants further clarification before the paper offers an answer.

Weber's declaration is at the heart of this paper's examination. The paper attempts to gauge the frameworks of three articles in relation to Weber's concerns and ideas. Weber contends that the debate between positivism and intrepretivism is unnecessary and hampers research. The paper seeks to test the frameworks of the articles to see which ideas or combination of ideas provides the best explanation as to why this debate continues to persist. Ultimately the paper argues that it is the combination of Realistic Conflict Theory and Perspective Making & Taking that work best so as to provide an explanation for the debate's continued existence.

Postoperative pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an unusual and devastating complication following surgical procedures. This frequently misdiagnosed entity can progress rapidly if not identified and treated appropriately. A heightened awareness for the diagnosis of PG, coupled with a multidisciplinary approach to the disease, is essential to proper management of this entity. We report on a patient who developed postoperative PG following open repair of a patellar tendon rupture. The follow-up period was 2 years, and a review of the current literature is presented
