Organizations are always expected to offer equal employment opportunities to people from diverse backgrounds provided they have the qualities and qualifications required. This challenge predisposes some organizations to ethical and legal dilemmas which have to be resolved immediately if progress is to be realized. This study offers some solutions on how organizations can rectify the dilemmas arising from this challnge.

The research will provide an insight about the internal and external environment of the business. The major elements of external business environment including the political, economic, social, technological, environmental are addressed below. The internal environment of an organization is also relevant and requires consideration. Therefore strategy, resources, organizational structure, organizational culture, leadership, and processes of internal environment are also discussed. The SWOT analysis along with its advantages and disadvantages are also a part of the study.

It is hypothesized that self-efficacy, appraisal, challenge and resources will negatively predict perceived stress whilst avoidant strategies will increase levels of perceived stress.
