There are really two key principles that must be satisfied. The first is that the court determines whether the speech in question hinges on a matter of public concern. If it does, the court takes further criteria into consideration such as: a. Whether the statement impairs discipline in school or harmony amongst superiors or amongst cookers. b. Whether the statement has a negative impact on close working relationships c. Whether the speech interferes with the way the operator usually conducts his business, Yes, these criteria take the interests of faculty members and school into consideration.

The organization where I worked from April 24, 2012 to June 29, 2012 was U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Created in 2003, it is the main investigative body of the U.S Department of Homeland Security Investigation. It is a federal law enforcement agency whose main responsibility includes executing the immigration and custom laws of the United States to protect the country and to ensure the public security. The detailed chart of the structure of the organization is attached in the Appendix A. ICE has a divisional organizational structure. It is headed by the Director who is appointed by the President of U.S and approved by the Senate. The Director directly reports to the Secretary of Homeland Security. There are six leadership offices that are located within the office of the Director. These offices are headed by Assistant Directors and include Office of Public Affairs

There is always a room for improvement and continuous improvement leads to successful development of organisations. Regardless of the type of organisation; educational institute, medical healthcare centre or profit oriented commercial organization, the need of controlling and improving always remains there. Keeping in view the mentioned point, this proposal is prepared to improve the conditions of an educational institute. Educational institutes are more important than any other organisation in the society because of their influence on the tender minds of the kids.
