This paper is a dicussion on the sociological idea that people diagnosed, or at risk of being diagnosed, with a socially stigmatised condition, find the stigma more fearful than the condition itself. Stigmatization can have multiple causes and effects that are not only harming the individuals who are suffering but are also harming the society as a whole. Firstly, fear has been exploited. This induced fear in the society is not only affecting the ones who are suffering from these health issues but is also influencing the minds and behaviors of others.

Indigenous populations in Republican Rome (ca. 500 BCE – 31 BCE) There were number of indigenous populations that were conquered by the Roman Republic whilst on the expansionary course. The fundamental issues that these populations, isolated ethnic minorities faced were regarding the preservation of their culture, their economic life, and their right to the properties in which they lived since centuries. Equality is the paramount notion that comes to mind regarding ‘citizenship'. Race and gender have been predominant factors that have enabled the elites to exclude the indigenous people from their right to their properties and the lives they live.

Abstract A person's personality is dependent upon the processes of the brain. As a result, the anatomical center of personality is the brain, and there is a close link between cerebral physiology and personality. Neurophysiologic processes are a major source of human conduct. There are four major theoretical perspectives in psychodynamic, humanistic, behavioral and biological perspectives. These theoretical perspectives are conceptual models that assist in explaining human behavior. This paper will assess the biological perspectives to personality psychology and will focus on the Five Factor Model that is widely applied in personality assessment, the brain and personality and the biochemistry and personality. The paper will assess the bridge between personality study and biology discipline through identifying the biological roots of human conduct.

Ethical Issues Affecting Accountants Introduction The need for ethical standards within the corporate accounting field is urgent, and this paper delves into ethical issues. Given the fact that rules can be bent and manipulated, this paper also points to potential ways in which ethics can become as important as rules. While there has apparently been a "shift in the ethical behavior of management" – which is related to the corruption and convictions of accountant-related individuals with Enron and Author Anderson – the literature indicates that there are still ethical issues to be addressed within the industry (Bolt-Lee, et al, 2010, p. 38). Research presented in the peer-reviewed Journal of Accountancy shows that subsequent to the Enron and other scandals, there is a movement toward a "…more heightened state of ethical awareness" that is apparently due to "…the greater likelihood of punitive consequences" (Bolt-Lee, 38).
