What is happiness and how does a person find a sense of happiness in life? This paper interviews two people (one a neighbor who is not a close friend and the second is a person well known, an old family friend. The first interview was with a retired police officer who has found happiness but it took a few years to get rid of the stress of the job. The second interview reveals a woman whose mother was very happy and loved people and the person in the interview used her mother as a role model to follow in her happy footsteps.

In order to preserve whatever little sanctity marriage has left in the eyes of the youth, and to redeem its importance after numerous celebrities have used it as a means to attain fame and power, there should be a change in the divorce laws. The no fault law should be revised, and ensured that the motives for the marriage were investigated at the time of the divorce. If the motives and actions indicate that the marriage would've ended in a divorce eventually, the appeal for divorce should be shot down.

To determine whether pornography should be considered a hate crime or not, this paper reviews the relevant peer-reviewed and scholarly literature to provide an analysis concerning whether pornography should be criminalized in the same fashion and for the same reasons that hate speech is criminalized. A summary of the research and important findings concerning these issues are provided in the conclusion.

Agency refers to the capacity or ability of the agent to act on behalf of a business association or partnership. The role of agency in business association focuses on contractual, noncontractual, and quasi-contractual with respect to different individuals or business potential partners. The agency identifies the legal difference between employers and the third party and then act towards bringing the two parties together. Partnership refers to the relationship between two more individuals who come together to conduct business or trade. Limited Liability Company refers to corporate structure in which members of the company are not personally liable to the debts and liabilities of the business entity. Corporation refers to the business organization under the jurisdiction of the state enjoying separate legal entity or identity from its owners.

The paper is mainly revolved around cultural diversity in the workplace. It starts off by defining diversity and culture as well as how these two impact the workplace positively and negatively. The paper then specifically focuses on the overall advantages of diverse cultures in the workplace and effective management of this diversity.
