However, the decision making process is based on a six-step model that works in accordance to the mission of the company. The corporate strategy values both internal (employees) and external (customers) environment of the company and open communication is the key to corporate strategy. The idea of going green has become more and more appealing for companies in the present, taking into account that this is no longer a costly and inefficient act. Most businessmen are well-acquainted with the fact that going green is probable to pay off in the long run and that it is essential to keep up with a constantly changing business environment in order for them to be able to have success.
