The word Hamas is derived from an Arabic phrase, which means Islamic Resistance Movement. Hamas is the largest Palestinian political party that rules over the Gaza and is launched by the Palestinian Sunni Islamists. Presently, Khaled Mashaal is the chief head and Ismail Haniyah is the prime minister of Hamas. The headquarters are found at Gaza and in Palestinian territories (Matthew Levitt, 2006). The story begins with the killing of several Palestinians in a traffic accident done by an Israeli driver and stimulated Sheikh Ahmed Yassin (who was also the head of Muslim Brotherhood) and some others to start a "Muslim brotherhood movement" that made its way towards the creation of Hamas in 1987 (Matthew Levitt, 2006).

The Baptist Church I visited is called Faith Baptist Church and it is located at 52 Lake Street in Manchester. There are no sculptures outside the church like those found in the Catholic Church. The Baptist Church was founded by John Smyth. The church broke away from the Protestants who had broken away from the Catholic Church. Inside the church, their service was quite entertaining. This church is very strict in morality. They do not belief in the intake of alcohol or smoke like the Catholic Church. The Baptist Church is a bit liberal on many things among them the dress code. It is also important to respect each others faith because the bottom line, they are all followers of Christ.

Until Alex can reign in her own dissatisfaction with the performance of her coworkers, treating them with dignity and respect even when mistakes are made, she will continue to breed an environment of diminished morale and unhappiness within Landon Care Products' Toiletries Division.
