Behaviors by Alex Are Having
According to the data compiled by Sam Glass in his 360-degree performance review of Alex Sander's progress as a manager, the product manager of Landon Care Products' Toiletries Division is prone to narcissistic tendencies and an inability to control her temper. Many of Alex's coworkers voiced their displeasure in the Areas Needing Further Development section of the 360-degree performance review, citing their manager's aloofness and anger as counter to the motivational goals associated with a management position of such prominence. As Person G submitted in their appraisal of Alex's performance as a manager, "if Alex does not tear you apart, that's as much praise as you're going to get," and it is precisely this inability to balance motivation with meanness that is affecting her relationship with those under her charge. Person H confirms this negative assessment, stating simply that "Alex exudes an air of being better than everyone else. Very off-putting." Until Alex can reign in her own dissatisfaction with the performance of her coworkers, treating them with dignity and respect even when mistakes are made, she will continue to breed an environment of diminished morale and unhappiness within Landon Care Products' Toiletries Division.
