Southwest Airlines has always been considered a success story. Its business model relies on low prices, point to point flights, but also excellent service. This paper examines Southwest Airlines from two marketing perspectives: brand loyalty and promotion, with a focus on the "fun component" of its marketing model. It examines the literature on these topics and applies that to the case of Southwest.

This study examines the U.S. Army's legacy logistical systems and the new systems that are replacing them to identify respective benefits of each and what constraints can reasonably be expected to be encountered in their implementation. The results of a series of interviews with U.S. Army logisticians and Department of Defense civilians are also provided. A series of recommendations based on this interviews and the review of the literature are provided in the concluding chapter.

The primary objective here is to understand the consumer's behavior in order to guide it to provide it more profit potential. Understanding consumer behavior can thus help direct more tailored strategies.

The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act was officially passed in 2001and was introduced into education shortly after. While the reform was supposed to improve the quality of education that children receive during their development, the actual results of these measures are heavily disputed. The effectiveness of the program is criticized on several grounds and many argue that standardizing the testing has only produce teachers that teach what is on the test, rather than customize their curriculum to fit the individualized needs of the students. It is unclear at this point what the future of the NCLB movement will be but it does not to have met all of the objectives that it has set out to.

in my opinion, these findings also have a range of clinical applications about how to best handle the transition from the hospital to home in a variety of cases and are not necessarily limited to those elderly patients that have experienced heart failure. It is evident that transitional care for many patients can be improved in a wide variety of different situations. I also believe that the categories in which the APNs received additional training and the transitional process of moving a patient to the hospital to their home are significant.
