Substance abuse in homeless youth presents a truly daunting problem to the professional healthcare community. This issue is actually two: homelessness and drug addiction and thus needs to be treated in the most specific and dynamic manner possible. This paper introduces a full review of literature that has to do with the main goal of trying to figure out the various strategies that involve the mode of transport. It also addresses the employed in treating STEMI in three described settings which have something to do with the mode of transportation. The following literature will give a detailed review of a framework that is for readers to be able to recognize STEMI treatment strategies for treating the STEMI population when diagnosed at a PPCI facility, diagnosed at a referral facility, or when paramedic diagnosed which is the mode of transport.
