This was followed by an explanation of the main work and tasks involved for selected agents. The objectives and targets of the work were explained and the humanity aspect of the work was used as a motivating factor. They would help potential employees find work while also assisting employers to find the best candidates. An introduction was provided to the skills they would need for performing their work, including filtering and selecting acceptable CVs, contacting candidates by phone, and arranging interviews.
