Initial input from the preliminary plan received from Worldviewupgrades and from the advance trial version of the software will be sought from the ODSH User Groups and specifically from Linda Lee Danvers, the appointed liaison between the team and these User Groups, as well as from software engineer Diana Prince and Director of the Office of Network Support Peter Parker. In the execution phase of the project life cycle, Diana Prince and the project manager will conduct several meetings with Globalcom sales representative Steve Rogers in order to discuss specific terms, with enough time between meetings to allow for Mr. Rogers and Ms. Prince/the project manager to communicate with other stakeholders on the respective sides of the table before meeting for further negotiations.
