¶ … Err is Human
It is the opinion of this author as a health care professional that much of the errors in the system are due to health care cutbacks first mandated by HMOs and what will now happen under the new federal laws and guidelines. Of course, such a view might be considered to not be viable. It is after all always easy to blame the "system" for issues that institutions and individuals commit. While this may certainly be the case, ask any hospital doctor or nurse who has been in the system for awhile (at least those who have survived burn-out) and they will make the anecdotal observation that they feel more tired, burned out and less able to function than ever. Simply, the psychological strain of dealing with too many patients makes one long for the days of rich private "Cadillac" insurance policies in the 1960s and 70s that allowed hospital stays until problems were curred. From this author's point-of-view, many times can not do more with less but rather produce less in both quality and quantity. This point will be visited further briefly in section B. Of the essay.

striving perfection. MUST To err is human. Although somewhat of a cliche, the aforementioned aphorism, like most aphorisms, contains a great deal of truth. Humanity is rooted in fundamental flaws whether they are of body, mind, or perhaps even of spirit. This notion is explored in detail in masterful raconteur Nathaniel Hawthorne's short story "The Birthmark." There is an innate striving of perfection on the part of a couple in
He also did not consider that the attribution of goodness or perfection was not exclusive to early nobles, the Roman warrior, the Greek artist or the Jewish priest who trusted in a Messiah. Common people and slaves always held their own beliefs in what is true and good and by their own ethical codes, believed that observing them would justify their actions and choices. What went into historical records
IntroductionCooperation between all stakeholders is important to ensure quality, ethical, and compassionate patient care. Without cooperation between nurses and other healthcare professionals, it can be nearly impossible to provide quality patient care. Collaboration is important because it is moral, reinforcing the importance of nursing patients\\\' shared goal back to health. Considering the ever-changing healthcare landscape, the introduction of new technologies, the increasingly complex diseases, and the changing patient population, it
But the shareholders themselves need to be more aware and more involved in their company's business in order for any meaningful change to sustain itself: Shareholders, the intended beneficiaries of the corporate vehicle, are the ultimate capitalists: avaricious accumulators with little fiscal risk and no legal responsibility for the way in which they pursue their imperative to accumulate. Shareholders, not corporations, show indifference to the needs and values of society. It
It is hard to argue with the legitimacy of that consideration. Employees have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the workplace, but that right has limits. Employers are not prevented from conducting some hidden surveillance in an employee's office as long as it is for legitimate business concerns. An employer may have sound reasons for monitoring the workplace and an intrusion upon the employee's reasonable privacy expectations may not be
Previously the element of interest and personal motivation were found missing, the technical capabilities of the employees have never been a matter of debate, however the personal and mental capacities and limitations are either ignored or not respected which resulted in the poor performance of the organization. Apparently, the rise in the demands pertaining to the particpation of the employees and the industrial democracy has also distorted the professional
