They have major ambitions and great ideals that include: Striving to be a solution provider for clients and not being part of the problem; and long-term relationships with clients that include " rigorous quality controls, innovative solutions, a responsive business attitude, and reasonable pricing."

As regards their employees, Riordan intends to "maintain an innovative and team oriented working environment" as well as to ensure that employees are well informed and properly supported." Their future goals are to achieve and maintain "reasonable profitability."

All of these goals are fine. Their main problem now is to use assessment and feedback tools in order to determine and achieve their resolved direction.

Managers or supervisors of the disparate branches complete the forms. It would be advisable, too, that Riordan create one set of homogenous expectations and code of conduct relevant to all. The information is then pooled, shared, and used to identify and develop employee objectives and possibly provide future training if necessary. Creating this form not only helps Riordan's employees but also helps the company in various ways, not least in seeking and eliminating discontent (that may destruct a company) but also augmenting its development.
