Image Hand Model, Five Hundred Term Paper

One viewer simply sees an outstretched hand holding an orange. A true connoisseur of imagery looks deeper, in search of the underlying message. Seeking clarity and understanding of what the creator is attempting to do. That is what separates the people that walk through life excepting what others tell them without curiosity of what meanings really exist. And the person who can visualize the unwritten and often unspoken message displayed in a single image. It has been difficult to try to master the art of looking deeply into an image and deciding what it is really trying to say to you. The viewer looks at the image with fascination, almost all of a sudden either becoming hungry or thirsty. The thought of a thirst or hunger fulfilling orange is now in the viewers mind. Next is where to get this need/want. The viewer's eyes begin to scan the image for more input in hopes of finding the answer to the desired question. In one glimpse, the question is answered, Sequoia Citrus....

The viewer rushes to the nearest store to either bye oranges or orange juice. The image has served it purpose, and will most likely serve its purpose thousands upon thousands of times before it is retired and replaced by a new image that will continue to carry on its purpose of representing the Sequoia Citrus brand name, bringing the image and brand into millions of homes, offices, etc. The creator sits back and marvels at his/her creation. Satisfied at how the image has created the atmosphere and the need that the creator was looking for. he/she picks up a glass of orange juice made by Sequoia Citrus and smiles at the mere thought of being able to create an image that would make others want oranges or orange juice with one still photo, amazing, no, but definitely ingenious. And so the visual world continues, with the unknowing continuing through life, but the true viewers fully aware.
