Ruth complains of extra work, and of being tired all the time while Jack Snyder is not stepping in to shoulder some of additional responsibility. There are some important steps that need to be taken to help complete their work on time while the organization doesn't have to spend additional money on overtime. Efficiency and equal distribution of work are the keys here but more important than that would be a time frame that must be given to both Ruth and Jack to complete their work. I will take the following few steps to create a work plan that will work for both people working under me:

I will re-evaluate the work assigned to Ruth and Jack

I will then give a specific but reasonable time-frame for completion of each task
d. Then I will make sure that overtime is not taken without a valid reason.

PERSONAL LIFE:

It has also been discussed that personal life of both employees is smooth and there are no major issues that might be affecting their work.

RUTH'S SITUATION

Ruth is apparently overworked and feels under constant pressure for completion of tasks and hence often opts for overtime.

JACK'S SITUATUION:
