Although the concept of working as a team is generally accepted as a productive activity, some individuals often ignore the advantages coming along with team work because they consider that it is more important for them to be appreciated independently. Team work has been present in society ever since the beginning of humanity, as people realized that it was best for them to collaborate in order to perform certain activities. Similarly, particular acts seemed to be easier and more fruitful when only one individual was involved.
