Bloodshed In Libya March 19, 2011 Is Essay

Bloodshed in Libya March 19, 2011 is marked as a yet another day of bloodshed and violent atrocities by the French and the U.S. armed forces within the boundary of Libya. This day ensures a more intensive and fierce unconstitutional war imposed by the United States of America. The war was announced by the American forces with the launching of the deadly Tomahawk cruise missiles at the sovereign state of Libya (Middle East) in order to shatter the air forces of Kaddafi. The irony of the prevailing tension in the Middle east countries -- Libya and America is that congress does not permits the volition of the official boundary of Libya and the situation advocates the fact that it is not congress that has announced a war against Libya but it is rather the mischief maker of the planet the U.S.A. that has poked the nose in the tension existing within Libya. President Barack Husain Obama declared war Middle East launching deadly Tomahawk cruise missiles at Libya.

After the American- Iraq war in 2003 this has been regarded as the second war that has an equitable tendency of violence and fear imposed unconstitutionally by USA. As the congress subjugates the permission on invading the Libyan...

And as a consequence of this self granted permission America and British forces fired 110 Tomahawk cruise missiles into Libya.
This act of Barack Obama is unjustified in all ways. The stance of this unjustified act can be further solidified by glancing over the real nature and devastation capacity of the Tomahawk cruise missiles. As a matter of a well versed reality each Tomahawk missile cost $569,000. This situation gives a clear and implied statistic figure that about $62,590,000 has been spent by the U.S. To ensure the wide scale killing and inducing fear in the Libyans, without the approval of the constitutional body -- The Congress. As a result of this barbaric act of the U.S.A. about 198 civilians were affected and 48 were reported death by a local television of Libya, and most of the injured and deaths were reported of the children and women.

By tracing back the American history the U.S.A. declared a war against terror as a consequence of the 9/11 saga. Ever since that point of history it seems as if America has decaled a war against peace, a…

The second aspect that highlights the conservative and cunning approach of the American policy makers is the violation of the War Power Resolution. The War Power Resolution was passed by the congress in 1973, but the essence of the treaty declined with the permission the congress granted to America to impose a war against Iraq. This opened a new horizon of bloodshed and lust of America to poke their nose in the national as well as the international affairs of all the countries.

Libya has been the center of intra-country violence since the regime of Kaddafi and with the bombing of bevy of such a heavy missiles at its cost is a serious misery. I my opinion no country should be targeted as Libya just due to the national conflicts. The political economy theories advocates the needs of a constructive conflict among all the nations of the world in order to sustain the momentum of worldwide developments and healthy competition. No country just on the basis of its wealth and military should be given a chance to violate the privacy and security of the other countries. The United Nation Organization was established after the World War I to ensure peace and sustain the humanitarian models of conduct within the world, the need of the hour is the United Nation Organization should restore its dignity and mission. Rather than acting as a puppet for the super powers of the world it needs work for the eradication of subjugation of injustice and inequality.

The major issue that needs to be resolved immediately is to segregate and sort out the real intention of the U.S.A., because with each unconstitutional war the U.S. imposes the complexity of the simple statement "war against terror" increase. The American policies should now adopt a clear stance that if they are imposing war against terror, humanity, religion or peace.
