The biggest strengths with the Sandow and Allen (2005) article are the ability to connect with each person on a much deeper level. This involves the management changing their focus and working with everyone to understand their value to the organization. Once this occurs, is the point the organization is more flexible to the challenges it faces from the economy, competitors and employees.
