I am of the opinion that educators are not adequately compensated for their roles. This is more so the case with regard to early childhood education (ECE). Indeed, it would be prudent to note that as Adelstein (2018) points out, the significance of early childhood education is yet to be reflected through early childhood educator wages. I have in the past had the opportunity to coach little kids on various subjects and I came to the realization that this is no easy task.
