The piece of literature that was written by Shreman (2006), talks about how employee benefits will vary from one location to the next. At the same time, it helps them to adapt to changes that are taking place inside the industry. Over the course of time, this basic approach has allowed Google to be able to find and retain some of the best talent in the world of technology.
