Many employers and employees in the contemporary society fail to achieve their goals because they are unable to find effective channels that they can use with the purpose of finding the most compatible bodies available. Job candidates struggle to do their best when they are interviewed and some are even probable to exaggerate their abilities in order to appeal to employers. Similarly, employers typically organize job contests by employing a hostile attitude regarding all potential employees, as many tend to consider that this is an effective method to filter candidates who are probable to be inefficient in the long run.

The new world of work provides individuals with a whole new strategy that they need to employ in order to experience success. Whereas some employers tend to accentuate the importance of effectiveness at the workplace, others believe that it is also important for employees to be sociable and for them to be able to form strong connections with individuals in their working environment. This is one of the principal reasons for which relationships between employers and employees rapidly deteriorate. Employers need to acknowledge that their principal purpose is to be effective and that it is thus irrelevant whether or not particular employees are more or less sociable, as long as these respective individuals are very productive. Diplomacy is the key to achieving success at the workplace and relationships are even likely to be stronger among employees as long as individuals refrain from getting emotionally attached to conditions in the workplace.

By hiring employees that they believe will be effective throughout their stay with the company, employers have the guarantee that the company as a whole and customers are going to go through a positive experience as a consequence of the employee's level of productivity. Even with the fact that employers are very important because they are in charge of particular segments of a company, employees are also significant because they are the backbone of the respective company and because they have the power to make its products more or less appealing to a wide public.
