Leadership Charisma is one of the most elusive qualities in human beings. Some people are magnetic, and draw others to them. Others wallow in the shadows and seem invisible. I never wanted to be a shadow dweller. Drawn to the brightness of the spotlight, I have always cultivated my own charisma. This week was a particularly strong one for me. Making an increased effort to network and meet other people has brought out some of my more extraverted qualities. I have been able to influence some of the people I have met, simply by sharing my ideas with enthusiasm.
