It can be assured, that if it was really true, he had either been God himself, or a time traveler. Who knows, it can happen right? Anyways, this is just a testament to the boy's insane persona, that Holly and most her friends knew was a complete sham. It was so weird to watch it all go down. Such a promising young woman lured into such a strange situation, leaving her to acquire a love for solitude rivaling the most elusive of hermits.

"What happened now?" Holly asked in distain. She was sick of hearing the craziness, thinking it couldn't get any worse. She, as everyone else had, assumed this so called "Braiden" was either married or archaic, one of the two. He would either die of old age thus stopping all contact, or Holly knew she'd be hearing about some scandal with an angry marital partner sooner or later. "Don't let him stop you from having a good time tonight. It's the holidays, and we never see each other anymore. Just let him cool down so he stops with the dramatics," she said feigning sympathy. Holly never really understood how you could let a man you have never seen, with no existence perfectly...

...

And that's exactly what Jen did. So Holly prepared for the "he's married speech."
"I found out who he really is," Jen whispered again bashfully.

"Who? Is he…"

"He's a she…" Jen fell silent waiting for some sort of response. She had just dropped a bombshell. Holly sat in disbelief, she couldn't even imagine the concept. Not only had this fictitious Braiden character lied about an entire identity, he didn't even have a penis? That is a pretty big lie. Holly looked at her, still in utter disbelief.

"But, I still love her…or him, whatever, that person, the one I knew," Jen said, her voice shaking.

Holly, with her mouth agape, could not even hide her disbelief. There was nothing she could say. The thoughts raced through her mind; "how do you know who that person is? Who is really there through all those eyes?" Finally, she uttered "You must be just as crazy as she is!"

With that, the rest of the ride fell silent. Neither talked too much during dinner either -- Jen filled with shame, and Holly disappointment.

PARK The aim of my project was to create a short story, which combines the textual elements of fiction, plus illustrations ranging from digital photographs to illustrations. I was frustrated by the fact that there are hardly any fictional works that combine both text and picture and illustrations aimed at the adult audience. Currently,
