There are two initial answers from my classmates, and the peer discussions represent two different topics that integrate the theories of this course. Concerning the issues, I will present current research, give my views and real-world examples of the two issues: Airline Cancellation and Change of Policies Due to Coronavirus. The second topic is How Coronavirus has Caused Havoc to Livelihood of Businesses. The two issues are current issues that are happening in the world.

Admittedly, there has been a change of policies in the airlines due to the pandemic. For example, Delta announced in July 2021 the new temporary rules it had come up with for their primary economy tickets (Gallego & Font, 2021). It clarified that from July 28, 2021, to December 31, 2021, there would be no charge of change fee for the primary economic tickets. American Frontier and Spirit Airlines made an extension of their flexible policy change to March.
