Within such implementation techniques involve different processes in which dedication and full cooperation of stakeholders are necessary. There is a great chance that the stakeholders are the people in the different area of the management and the activities that they perform may be required to cooperate or may be affected by the different stages of implementation of business strategies. It is in such situation when management activities tie in.
From the five stages of ensuring that strategies are implemented successfully, as discussed in the article, tying of management activities can be found. And, it is important that such tie in is maintained and that every affected activity is informed of the strategic implementation processes to prevent failure on any part of the management activities that can in turn break the success of the implementation.
