Make sure that your timetable does not put your responsibilities in a tight schedule.

One important thing that allows an organized and effective delivery of a responsibility is a good time management. MAKE THE GENERALS AND DETAILS OF A TASK CLEAR. To keep you in the right course of your task, try to know all the general and detailed information of your task. Get an overview or do a research. If it will help you better, list them down to provide you a checklist of the things that you have to do and conform with in your task.

This can help you prevent mistakes in your task. CREATE A TIMETABLE. Creating a schedule for your task can prevent you from cramming a lot of work when your deadline is coming near. Managing your time properly is a way that can make you complete your task efficiently. DON'T CONFUSE YOURSELF. Go to the direct point or needs of your task. Avoid thinking of the most detailed part if you are just in the beginning of everything.

This will just confuse you and may lead you to a wrong direction of doing things. DO THINGS Step-by-Step. A plan is a way of organizing things. We create a plan to be organized.
