PeopleSoft The human resources problems of Castle's manger Mr. Jay Morgan seem to have an appropriate solution after applying the knowledge gained from researching an applicable HRIS vendor. The purpose of this essay is to explain why Castle Restaurant should choose PeopleSoft software as their HRIS vendor. The software seems to match up the specific needs of Mr. Morgan and his daily routines. I will also contrast and compare this vendor's product with Ultipro, to demonstrate the critical skills necessary to improve a managerial problem as the one in Mr. Morgan's case.

The specific demands of Castle makes Software as System (SaaS) choices for human capital management obvious. It seems as though Mr. Morgan will be the only individual needed on a daily basis to manage this particular system.
