Human resource makes up the most vital resource in an organization. This resource is often negatively affected by a high employee turnover. A high employee turnover presents a number of challenges to an organization related to the need to train employee often and lack of high-level expertise (Cascio, 2018; Sandhya & Kumar, 2014).
