For me, success is not just about doing my job well but ensuring that the other team members do their jobs well also. Through this process, I realized that I am not just an excellent organization, but a motivator as well. The operation was not without its difficulties and I am proud to say that I played a major role in overcoming the worst difficulties, through finding different ways to drive performance from some of the team members.
