Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your knowledge the fact that I have been a regular customer of your restaurant for the past four to five years. This is a fact that is further punctuated by you knowing me personally as well. The food, I must say, has always appealed to me primarily because of two factors, the comparatively smooth service and, initially, the consistency in context to the quality of the food. The reason that I enjoy dining at Pizza Hut is, primarily, the fact that one can or rather, could rest assured as far as the quality of the food is/was considered.

I have noticed and appreciated well the extent of customer services and satisfaction that you have strived, over the years of your employment, to enhance in context to the overall performance of Pizza Hut, particularly the Turner Street Unit, the one, which I frequent regularly. You have been doing an excellent job and I commend you on having such a degree of motivation. However, things seemed to have changed ever since the time that Pizza Hut has been taken over by Cupola.
The fact is, that ever since Cupola has taken over, the Firm that you had been running so smoothly seems to have fallen back on its foundation in terms of quality and services. Over the last few months, whenever I have visited Pizza Hut, I have never seemed to have left feeling either happy, satisfied or content in any way at all. This is primarily due to the fact that the service as well as the quality of the food, both seem to have significantly deteriorated compared to what they were only a mere year back. I still persistently returned time after time, thinking these things to probably be minor set backs, but alas, the same unfavorable experience has been the invariable result of dinner or lunch at Pizza Hut.

You and the rest of the management must work towards maintaining the standards that were initially set, regardless as to who they were set by, since quality control is…
