Athletes are considered to be outstanding citizens of the society to whom people look onto. They have a huge influence on our daily lives and thus they should use this effectively and for the betterment of the society. Sports these days is a common word, each and every individual these days has a fondness for an athlete. Sports play's a huge part in training and changing one's values and beliefs.

Athletes these days are the character examples for each and every individual. One takes strong impression from them. Athletes focus on equality, in competition as well as in chances to compete. Athletes are embedded in the most important movement of modernity, marketing and nationalism. Most considerably, from modern point-of-view, the concept of playing in teams act as a useful tool to resolve community problems, as sports are now considered as part of the firm beats of traditional life. The athletes these days play a deep role in the society. They are admired and looked onto by many people. Especially the youth these days take a lot from the personalities of the athletes. The athletes pave a way for the betterment and the progress of the community. They help in keeping the community together (i.e. If a country is playing a match against its rivals, all the people of that country would come to watch the match and support the cause of the team thus burying their differences behind).

The professional athletes shows that winning is not the only reason to play, they play the game for entertainment, sportsmanship and to keep the people united. They don't show any bitterness or hate for the rival team they are having a match with. This helps the community to realize that its always not about win (e.g. there is a practice followed in the games today in which the rivals shake hands before the game starts, which shows that they are not enemies and this promotes the value of peace and harmony).

The athletes not even build a sense of unity in their team but they also try to show it to the community that team work can lead to success. When the event of Olympics takes place athletes and sports officials from over 200 countries join hands and come together for the cause of sports.

It's an event in which many nations take part without any relevance to their culture, race, wealth or religion. It promotes the act of uniting the people from all over the world.

The Athletes work for organizations to promote peace and unity between people so that they do not develop differences between the rival teams or countries. Sports and Athletes have a great impact on the people today.

Even if one has differences with his fellow native they will unite together to protect the cause of their country's sports or athletes. The professional Athletes help in uniting the community by advertising through media and as they are the role model of many people, these advertisements results in positive results.
